Financial Operations Coordinator

The CommuniCare Family of Companies is a privately owned healthcare organization based in Blue Ash, a suburb of Cincinnati, OH. Since 1984, we have owned and operated healthcare facilities in multiple states. Our mission is to create 'Caring Communities' where staff, residents, clients, and family members care for and about one another.
We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our Financial Department. The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration and finance, with experience working with CFOs or Controllers. They will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day tasks, such as scheduling meetings, travel, and communications, as well as participating in the development of financial objectives and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing reports and materials for the Financial Department
- Participate in the development of financial objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and standard reports for ongoing company requirements
- Continually improve efficiency in the Financial department and organization as a whole and enhance employee experience

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably with a PHR or SPHR certification
- Previous administrative experience
- Experience working with financial systems and custom report writing
- 3-5 years' experience in a financial department supporting a Controller or CFO
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High degree of ethics and personal integrity
Salary Range:
$55,000 - $75,000 per annum.
