Job Description

At JCSI, we're seeking a skilled Blasting Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Blasting Operations Specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective delivery of blasting services, adhering to the highest safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage explosive materials with meticulous attention, utilizing cutting-edge technology.
  • Implement innovative blasting techniques to optimize results, while maintaining safety protocols.
  • Conduct thorough post-blast evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry regulations, ensuring all operations are compliant.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on blasting experience.
  • Deep understanding of regulations in mining, quarry, and construction.
  • Proficiency in all aspects of surface blasting operations.
  • High School Diploma or GED; additional certifications in blasting preferred.
