Responsibilities:
As a RN - Clinical Data Reviewer (HCC), you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our data quality. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Reviewing medical records for gaps in documentation and analyzing cases
  • Querying providers about discrepancies and recording appropriate ICD-10 coding
  • Providing feedback and education to HCC Coding Auditors and providers
  • Identifying and assessing educational needs and providing training
You will work closely with the Quality Integrity Program Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving data quality and risk stratifying populations.

We offer an estimated annual salary of $90,000-$115,000, depending on experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development in a patient-focused, whole-person care environment.
