Overview:
The Providence Medical Group Southwest Washington is seeking a skilled RN - Clinical Data Reviewer (HCC) to join their team. This role plays a vital part in improving data quality and risk stratifying populations by reviewing medical records for gaps in documentation.

In this position, you will work under the supervision of the Quality Integrity Program Manager to analyze cases, query providers about gaps, and record appropriate ICD-10 coding. You will provide feedback and education to HCC Coding Auditors and providers, identifying and assessing educational needs and providing training as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or BSN, sufficient coursework/training for RN licensure, 3 years of nursing experience in a hospital or physician practice environment, and a Washington Registered Nurse License. A Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC) certification is also preferred.

This role offers an estimated annual salary of $85,000-$110,000, depending on experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development in a patient-focused, whole-person care environment.
