About the Role

This position requires a dedicated and compassionate nurse who can provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and demonstrate a commitment to patient safety and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide individualized patient care in accordance with established standards and policies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify potential health risks, and intervene as necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

- Current RN licensure in Washington State
- BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- At least one year of experience in a PCU setting
- Strong knowledge of progressive care principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
