The estimated salary for this position is between $49.77 and $73.13 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation may be available, including shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime premiums, and bonus opportunities.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Intensive Care Nurse Specialist to join our team at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a member of our NICU team, you will work closely with patients and families to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.

You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions. Your expertise in critical care nursing will enable you to make a meaningful impact on the lives of your patients and their loved ones.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 90 days of hire
  • 1 year Nursing experience
