Job Summary

This position is responsible for supervising a team of Community Behavioral Health Clinicians (CBHCs) in the Southwest region. The successful candidate will have experience working with at-risk children and youth, a deep understanding of the impact of trauma, and familiarity with the area. The ideal candidate will also have experience supervising and developing strong independent clinicians. Travel is a requirement, and flexibility in schedules is necessary.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise a team of CBHCs in the Southwest region
* Provide clinical supervision focusing on trauma, behavioral health interventions, and teaching of CBHCs about the children's behavioral health system
* Ensure the behavioral health needs of youth and families involved with the Children Youth and Families Department, Juvenile Justice, Protective Services, Fostering Connections, Tribal Affairs, and Family Services Divisions are supported
* Engage with the community and assist in establishing practice guidelines

Requirements

* Licensure in New Mexico as an LISW, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LPAT
* Five years of experience in behavioral health and one year of management experience
* Valid Driver's License

Working Conditions

The Community Behavioral Health Clinician Regional Manager works mainly in an office setting at a desk 70% of the time. Other settings include community provider offices and interviewing clients in a juvenile detention setting, as well as visits to out-of-home provider settings. Travel to different offices and providers is required.
