Job Summary

Frontera Health is a leading provider of pediatric therapies, leveraging AI/ML to establish a video-based data model for early intervention and developmental disorders. We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in Las Cruces. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering ABA services to patients and families, while also overseeing the BCBA & RBT team, day-to-day operations, and growth of our assigned clinic or regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver ABA services to patients and families, including assessment, plan development, service delivery, case management, supervision, caseload development, parent training, annual performance reviews, and quality assurance.
  • Oversee the BCBA & RBT team, including project work such as the launch of services in new regions, supporting hiring, training, community outreach, and establishing school contracts.
  • Partner with Frontera's product team to support the implementation of new technology within our clinics.
  • Travel between regions as needed.
Qualifications
  • Acceptable graduate degree from an accredited university, completion of acceptable graduate coursework in behavior analysis, and a defined period of supervised practical experience to apply for the BCBA exam.
  • Well-qualified candidates will possess a minimum 1-2 years of leadership experience, including hiring, training, team member development (coaching, feedback, and performance management).
  • General knowledge and experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Windows, Excel, database management, and record keeping.
  • Effective oral and written communication, excellent interpersonal and coaching skills, and evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
