Job Summary

Frontera Health is a pioneering tech-enabled platform dedicated to providing innovative pediatric therapies to rural families in need. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in delivering ABA services to patients and families, ensuring access to care, improving health equity, and delivering personalized treatment for better outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct behavior or functional analytic assessments to develop personalized treatment plans
  • Deliver ABA services to patients and families, including assessment, plan development, service delivery, case management, supervision, outreach, and marketing
  • Operate within Local, State, and Federal Regulations, as well as adhere to all MECA policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to ensure effective treatment strategies
  • Record and track daily progress for clients and families accurately
  • Provide clear, concise instructions and training to families on specific treatment strategies and carryover skills
Requirements
  • BCBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst) certification
  • Master's Degree in Psychology or related field, emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Two or more years of experience working with a pediatric population
  • Two or more years of experience in an applied setting participating in functional assessments/analyses, the development and implementation of functional behavior plans, and ongoing oversight and monitoring
  • Membership to specific state and national (ABAI) professional associations is highly recommended
