Frontera Health, Inc. is a leading provider of pediatric therapies, leveraging AI/ML to establish a video-based data model for early intervention and developmental disorders.

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team and deliver ABA services to patients and families in rural communities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis, with experience in assessment, plan development, service delivery, and case management.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting behavior or functional analytic assessments
  • Developing and implementing ABA treatment plans
  • Consulting with RBTs or BTs regarding client/family concerns
  • Selecting appropriate stimulus materials and treatment modalities
  • Recording and tracking daily progress
  • Providing accurate and immediate feedback to clients and families

The BCBA will be assigned a full-time caseload of 12 clients or equivalent to 120 client direct treatment hours.
