Job Summary

This is a dynamic role that requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual to engage with Residential National Accounts and drive sales growth for Lennox International. The successful candidate will provide inside sales support, customer service, and sales reporting to the Residential National Accounts team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide inside sales support for the Residential National Accounts team, including order processing, inventory management, and return & warranty support.
  • Handle internal and external customer inquiries via phone and email communication with a high level of professionalism and finesse.
  • Establish and maintain good customer relations by providing timely, professional, and accurate service to internal and external customers.
  • Work closely with the distribution, marketing, stores, and salesforce teams to ensure internal and external customer expectations are met.
Requirements
  • Requires an associate degree and at least 2 years related experience. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Requires strong abilities with building internal and external relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating, and managing time.
  • Requires knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
  • Must exhibit solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be very proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel), Salesforce CRM platform, and SAP.
