Position Overview:

*This role is designated for the 2nd shift, Monday through Friday.*

Key Responsibilities:

1. Champion Safety:

· Oversee the Site Safety Program, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols among staff.

· Promote cleanliness and organization standards, including 5S methodologies.

· Lead initiatives focused on employee safety and wellness through our Beyond Zero program.

2. Drive Vision and Strategy:

· Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of both site-specific and corporate strategic goals.

· Facilitate positive transformations by collaborating with site personnel to ensure clarity and effective execution of new procedures.

· Engage with the team to illustrate the connection between operational actions and broader strategic outcomes.

3. Foster ATS Culture:

· Direct daily team operations and priorities, embodying the leadership qualities that reflect our ATS culture.

· Exhibit self-motivation and emotional intelligence in all interactions.

4. Promote Employee Development:

· Oversee employee performance, providing opportunities for professional growth.

· Mentor and coach team members on career advancement, training, and skill enhancement through regular one-on-one discussions.

5. Ensure Business Performance:

· Lead the understanding and implementation of our Operating System.

· Collaborate with the Site Manager to track and report on key maintenance performance metrics, addressing root causes and driving continuous improvement.

· Communicate priorities and equipment status to stakeholders, fostering a positive and profitable relationship with clients.

· Assist in managing operational expenses, including labor and material costs, while approving overtime as necessary.

· Review and monitor work orders to ensure compliance with schedules, addressing any discrepancies.

· Actively participate in team meetings, providing influential leadership.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs), & Competencies:

Essential KSAs:

· Associate's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years in a related field.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office, web-based tools, and CMMS software.

Desirable KSAs:

· Basic understanding of business principles, including contract management and financial acumen.

· Experience in planning and scheduling is preferred.
