Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular fire inspections of buildings and facilities to identify potential fire hazards and ensure compliance with fire codes and regulations.
- Investigate fires and other incidents to determine their cause and make recommendations for prevention.
- Develop and implement fire safety plans and procedures to ensure the safety of campus community.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure fire safety is integrated into all aspects of campus operations.
- Provide training and education to campus community on fire safety and prevention.
- Bachelor's degree in Fire Science, Fire Protection Engineering, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in fire inspection, fire investigation, or fire protection.
- Proven experience in fire code enforcement and inspection.
- Knowledge of fire codes and regulations, including NFPA and OSHA standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
