About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a variety of manufacturers' Fire & Life Safety systems, including SimplexGrinnell. As a Sprinkler Service Technician/Inspector, you'll be responsible for:

  • Receiving service calls and troubleshooting equipment/system malfunctions
  • Contacting customers to ascertain problems and following prescribed procedures to repair equipment
  • Service, troubleshooting, and installing Fire & Life Safety systems
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and operational manuals
  • Providing excellent customer service and communicating with district staff and customers

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual with a valid Journeyman Sprinkler Fitter License. You'll need to have:

  • Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints and operational manuals
  • Knowledge of test equipment, multi-meter, digital analyzer, and commissioning devices
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work in unusual positions
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, and overnight travel may be required
