Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Supervisor to oversee our Repair Center operations. This role involves reporting to the Service Center Manager and requires a strong understanding of technical processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a high standard of safety awareness.
  • Interpret shop drawings and welding specifications, and proficiently set up welding equipment.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of machinery and tools, including their design, application, and maintenance.
  • Conduct both destructive and non-destructive testing as needed.
  • Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and scales accurately.
  • Employ hydraulic tools for assembly and disassembly tasks.
  • Understand the mechanics of precision components and manage heating and cooling processes for effective assembly.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in repairing mining process equipment.
  • Physical capability to lift weights as required.
  • Flexibility to work in various environmental conditions.
  • Visual acuity for operating machinery safely.
