About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Offsite Warehouse Driver to join our team at Target. As an Offsite Warehouse Driver, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient transportation and delivery of products to and from our offsite locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport, prepare, load, and unload products to and from offsite locations in a safe and efficient manner
  • Complete all required paperwork, including Bill of Lading and driver vehicle inspection reports
  • Maintain the vehicle to ensure safe operation and follow designated routes established by store director for maximum efficiency
  • Pull and backstock product accurately to ensure backroom and location accuracy
  • Operate power equipment only if certified and partner with leader if certification is needed
  • Safely and efficiently operate vehicle(s) following established routes, while following established routines and policies
  • Understand and leverage appropriate escalation tools to solve process and/or guest issues; notify leader(s) as needed
  • Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
Requirements
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Must possess Class 4 Driver's License (Hawaii only)
  • Must possess a medical examiner's certificate
  • Must pass required road test (if applicable for your state) conducted by the store
  • Understand and follow all traffic signs, directions, and signals
  • Learn and adapt to current technology needs
  • Work both independently and with a team
