We are looking for a highly motivated Project Accounting Manager to lead our accounting team at Con-Real, LP in Arlington, Tx.

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Coordinate with project managers to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Develop and implement cost control measures to meet project targets.
  • Maintain accurate and complete financial records.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial construction accounting experience.
  • Proven track record of successful project management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
