Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Logistics Manager IV to join our team at First Division Consulting. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing the logistics of defense life-cycle acquisition support of electronic systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage logistics management, principles, practices, and processes
  • Develop and implement logistics plans and procedures
  • Supervise logistics specialists and provide guidance on logistics management
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and security clearance requirements
Requirements
  • 10 years of experience with a Master's degree in defense life-cycle acquisition support of electronic systems, or 14 years with a Bachelor's degree
  • 6 years of experience with C4ISR or similar systems
  • Experience in logistics management, principles, practices, and processes
  • Ability to supervise logistics specialists and provide guidance on logistics management
  • Government security clearance required
Physical Requirements
  • Regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work
  • Light to moderate lifting may be required
Work Environment
  • Moderate noise (i.e., business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic)
  • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period
