About the Role

National Financial Partners is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our team. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our account teams by providing administrative and support functions in the day-to-day servicing of clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client files and maintain accurate records in accordance with office procedures.
  • Prepare and process various documents, including ID cards, certificates of insurance, and binders, under the direction of senior staff.
  • Assist in compiling data for proposals and coverage checklists, and may participate in preparing proposals.
  • Verify the accuracy and compliance of documentation and information requested from clients and insurance companies.
  • Perform policy checks, audit checks, and process coverage checklists and coverage recommendation letters under the direction of senior staff.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to billing inquiries from clients and insurance company personnel, and expediting invoices as necessary.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent required; 0-2 years of related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a variety of people.
  • Self-confident and able to make sound independent decisions.
  • Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

The base salary range for this position is $40,000 - $66,000, with the base salary offered determined by factors including experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
