Job Summary

This position is responsible for managing all aspects of Small Market Account Client Implementation. The successful candidate will gather, organize, analyze, and interpret marketing, legislative, financial, and operating data. They will stay informed of best practices and strategic trends in product lifecycle management, sales, and account implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement accounts across the enterprise, working with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to coordinate the implementation.
  • Communicate progress, issues, and risks surrounding the implementation through clear and concise written and verbal communication.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of insurance policies, best practices, and strategic trends in product lifecycle management, sales, and account implementation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of implementation, account management, or sales support experience, or 6 years of implementation, account management, or sales support experience.
  • Knowledge of insurance policies and analytical skills.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to travel.
  • PC proficiency, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Requirements
  • Knowledge of the types of benefits, general insurance, and administration provisions, alternate delivery systems, insurance regulations, and policy drafting principles.

Base Pay Range: $38,800.00 - $88,800.00
