We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our Customer Experience (CX) domain, you will be responsible for managing assigned cloud customer accounts, developing and executing engagement and expansion plans, and orchestrating Customer Success services to drive consumption and product usage growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned cloud customer accounts, including account management strategies and developing engagement and expansion plans.
  • Orchestrate Customer Success services to ensure consumption and product usage growth within assigned customers.
  • Develop and execute proactive customer first renewal and expansion plans in conjunction with other internal SAP account team members.
  • Utilize commercial and business acumen for commercial queries, ensuring licensing compliance and optimized contractual opportunities.
  • Plan and orchestrate Preferred Success Services to support customer value realization.
  • Coordinate and lead regular governance calls with customers, third-party partners, and SAP account team members.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers and internal teams through proactive engagement and delivering consistent experiences.
  • Escalation and advocacy role for assigned accounts to drive positive customer outcomes.
Requirements
  • Strong commercial acumen, including lead generation and renewal management.
  • 5+ years of experience managing customer engagements or other customer-facing experience.
  • Self-starter with a tenacious spirit and ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities.
  • Problem solver with capacity to work independently to solve challenges.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with ability to credibly present and communicate recommendations to senior leadership and decision-makers.
  • Experience in SAP Customer Experience and developing account management plans.
  • Growth mindset with a positive attitude and openness to learning.
