Job Summary

Residence Inn Burlington, MA is seeking a highly skilled Front Office Manager to oversee the front desk operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of hotel front desk supervisory experience and be able to read, speak, write, and understand English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train front office personnel to ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out processes.
  • Coordinate with other departments to maintain accurate room status information and resolve guest issues promptly.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including credit limit reports and budget forecasts.
  • Implement and maintain hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitor and analyze front office performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with guests, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to enhance front office operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two-year college degree.
  • One year of hotel front desk supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
