Customer Experience Specialist

Serenity Healthcare, LLC is seeking a skilled Front Desk Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and support to our patients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming experience for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our patients, providing a seamless and personalized experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update and verify patient information upon each visit.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, creating rapport and building trust with patients.
  • Answer questions, address concerns, and provide support and compassion to our patients.
  • Rotate through various office tasks throughout the day, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, basic math skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • 1+ year of full-time customer service experience, reception, or personal customer service industry.

Job Details:
Full-time (3 13-hour shifts)
Monday-Friday: 6 am-8 pm, Saturday: 7 am-7 pm

*This position is contingent on successfully completing a criminal background check upon hire.
