Experience Coordinator RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our members and guests. Your primary focus will be on creating lasting impressions and building long-term professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide a warm and professional welcome to visitors and users of the lab at reception.
- Effectively handle phone and in-person requests for assistance.
- Anticipate member needs and provide solutions.
- Ensure the lab is ready for business and meets our brand standards.
- Properly stock and maintain the appearance of the lab, including reception, meeting rooms, café, member, and common areas.
- Assist in delivering meetings and events, including setup, catering, and cleanup.
- Create a community through contributions to member events and foster ways to engage members and the local community.
- Generate interest in the lab by assisting with local marketing activities.
- Know the lab's members to ensure the best possible handling of requests, visitors, and service requirements.
- Update, charge, and maintain accurate member information in billing software.
- Be knowledgeable of all other lab locations, our products, and services, and act as a brand champion.
- Support other similar positions at nearby Serendipity Lab locations (if applicable).
- Reasoning, remembering, mathematics, and appropriate language (written and verbal) ability.
- Support and interact with members, visitors, and lab staff.
- Hearing - Ability to receive detailed information through oral and telephone communication.
- Talking - Clearly express ideas by means of spoken word.
- Ability to sit, stand, type, and view a computer screen for extended periods.
- Ability to perform low-impact physical tasks, such as using stairs, stooping, walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
- Satisfactory pre-employment D.O.T drug test.

- Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to prioritize workload and work efficiently with minimal supervision.

- Being a self-starter but being open and willing to take direction.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Planning, managing, and executing events or meetings.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a hospitality position.
