We're seeking a seasoned product management leader to join our team at Adobe. As a Principal Product Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a product strategy that drives business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities- Prioritize customer needs and develop a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Partner with customers to understand their needs and design solutions that meet their requirements.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with new technologies and approaches that can improve our product portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, deliver, and scale high-quality products.
- Define product requirements and key performance indicators to evaluate success.
- Identify risks, opportunities, and emerging trends, and develop pragmatic solutions.
- Present to leadership on new innovations, progress, and landscapes.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of demonstrated success as a product management leader with experience in AI and enterprise.
- Creative workflows, API/developer business, former engineer, preferred.
- Deep customer empathy and unbounded curiosity.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across functional and organizational boundaries.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent connector of people, ideas, and activity.
- Outstanding analytic, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to context switch across products, projects, and customers.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage through influence, and deliver on-time with quality.
We offer a competitive salary range of $146,800 - $262,100 annually, based on location and experience. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
