Join Adobe's Team as a Principal Product Manager

We're seeking a seasoned product management leader to drive the development and growth of our Enterprise generative and creative products and services. As a Principal Product Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying delightful Enterprise generative and creative products and scaling them from 0-to-1.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Adobe's Digital Media team and contribute to the development of innovative products and services that empower creative teams to be more efficient and effective. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners to design, deliver, and scale high-quality products, fast.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize a customer-oriented product strategy and roadmap, based on customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
  • Partner directly with customers to deeply understand their needs and iteratively design and build solutions.
  • Conduct market segment research and landscape analysis to inform your requirements and stay up to date with new technologies and approaches that can improve your product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design, deliver, and scale high-quality products, fast.
  • Define product requirements and key performance indicators to evaluate success.
  • Spot risks, find opportunities, understand competitive landscapes and emerging trends, articulate implications, and translate insight into pragmatic, fast-cycle action.
  • Present to Digital Media and Adobe leadership on new innovations, progress, and landscapes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of demonstrated success as a product management leader with experience in AI & enterprise.
  • Creative workflows, API/developer business, former engineer, preferred.
  • Deep customer empathy and unbounded curiosity.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, across functional and organizational boundaries.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent connector of people, ideas, and activity.
  • Outstanding analytic, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to context switch across products, projects, and customers.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage through influence, and deliver on-time with quality.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $146,800 -- $262,100 annually.
