Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Principal Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for driving the consumer experience, optimizing conversion rates, and shaping the user interaction journey. Key Responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and pain points to enhance the consumer experience.
- Lead initiatives to drive conversion rates through iterative improvements to website pages, user flows, and conversion funnels.
- Utilize data-driven insights and A/B testing to identify opportunities and refine conversion strategies.
- Design and manage the client interaction journey, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between stakeholders.
- Continuously reassess and innovate our core business model, identifying new opportunities for growth, differentiation, and market leadership.
- Develop tactics to nurture leads through the sales funnel and increase conversion to closed deals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies for growth and increasing profitability.
- Proven track record of success as a Product Manager, with 8+ years of experience in consumer-facing digital products or platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Experience with rapid iteration, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively, challenge the status quo, and drive business innovation.
- Competitive base pay range: $200,000.00 - $240,000.00.
