**Key Responsibilities**

• Assist the Restaurant General Manager in achieving human resources objectives by recruiting, selecting, training, scheduling, coaching, counseling, recognizing, and disciplining employees.

• Communicate job expectations, monitor, appraise, and review job performance while enforcing policies and procedures.

• Achieve restaurant operational excellence with integrity by contributing ideas and recommendations to development plans and review.

• Prepare and complete action plans, implement production, product quality, and customer service standards.

• Resolve problems, complete audits, identify trends, determine system improvements, and implement change.

• Control costs by reviewing portion control and quantities of preparation, minimizing waste, and ensuring high-quality preparation.

• Adhere to marketing objectives by executing marketing windows.

• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations, and securing revenues.
