Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team at OneFifteen Recovery. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing best-practice care to individuals struggling with addiction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health treatment under clinical supervision.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth and face-to-face interactions.
  • Provide interventions utilizing evidence-based practices and maintain engagement with assigned patients throughout the treatment process.
  • Coordinate patient care with the treatment team and ensure proper discharge planning and linkage to additional resources as needed.
  • Administer, score, and perform initial screening tests and evaluations as required.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information using Electronic Medical Records.
  • Attend required meetings, including individual and group supervision, treatment team meetings, training, and community events as appropriate.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field.
  • Licensed in the state of Ohio as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Social Worker (LSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or related license.
  • 1-3 years of job-related experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong teamwork and organization/time management skills.
  • Knowledge, experience, and training in effective therapeutic techniques that have shown success with the population served.
  • Excellent computer skills, including database management and record keeping within an electronic medical record.
  • Understanding and adherence to HIPAA and 42CFR laws.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field.
  • Licensed in the state of Ohio as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), or Licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist (LIMFT).
  • Active affiliation with appropriate professional networks and organizations and ongoing community involvement.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position that requires working indoors in an environmentally controlled setting. The successful candidate will be required to spend time sitting and standing, making repetitive motions, and using hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls. The ability to lift or move up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally is also required.

Medical Specialty

Schedule

This position requires a flexible schedule, including 10-hour, 12-hour, and 8-hour shifts, as well as day, evening, and weekend shifts. Monday to Friday is the standard schedule, but flexibility is required to meet the needs of the organization.

Ability to Relocate

Relocation to the Dayton, OH area is required before starting work.
