At Aegis Therapies, we offer a unique opportunity to enhance the quality of life for seniors while enjoying a flexible work schedule. In this outpatient therapy role, you will engage with residents in their living spaces, allowing for a more personalized approach to care.

With a manageable caseload, you will have the chance to focus on each individual’s needs, fostering their success and well-being. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to utilize your business acumen by participating in clinic marketing, managing your own schedule, and working autonomously.

Our therapists work exclusively Monday through Friday, with no evening or weekend obligations. You will provide therapy in residents' rooms or at an on-site clinic, eliminating the need for travel outside the facility. If you are dedicated to empowering seniors to lead fulfilling and active lives, we encourage you to consider this rewarding position.

REQUIREMENTS

+ Graduate from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program

+ Current licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the relevant state

+ Preferred experience in outpatient settings

+ Must fulfill Clinical Competency standards

+ Current CPR certification, if applicable in home health settings
