Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Therapist to join our team at Premier Health Partners. As a Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality clinical services to pediatric clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of pediatric clients.
  • Provide direct clinical services, including individual, family, and group therapies, to promote positive outcomes and improve the overall well-being of clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure seamless care coordination and continuity of services.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective treatment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical records, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
  • Work effectively within a team environment, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a Mental Health field.
  • Licensed in the state of Ohio as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with children, parents, and professionals.
  • Physical abilities required include sufficient mobility, strength to lift/carry a young child, language skills, and ability to utilize emergency physical interventions.
  • Knowledge of The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5 or subsequent revisions).
Working Conditions

The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities. A valid Ohio driver's license and/or dependable private vehicle may be required, depending on the specific job duties.
