- Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively with colleagues, communicate effectively, and respond to emergency situations.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift at least 25 pounds, work outside in various weather conditions, and maintain a high energy level in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Willingness to work various shifts, weekends, extended hours, and change work schedules on short notice.
