Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Cameron Park location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building customer loyalty, and maintaining a clean and safe facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with customers
  • Upsell and meet customers' needs to increase sales and revenue
  • End customer transactions with a positive and friendly attitude
  • Respond to emergency situations and perform all required duties as indicated in the Hazard Communications Kit and Injury/Illness Prevention Manual
  • Clean and maintain the facility and equipment during shifts
  • Collect payment from customers and encourage additional purchases
  • Interact positively with the public and resolve basic customer service issues
  • Communicate effectively and positively with customers and colleagues
  • Prepare fast food for sale and maintain a clean and safe food preparation area
Working Conditions

This is a part-time position that requires the ability to work various shifts, including weekends and extended hours. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high energy level. The physical demands of this role include lifting up to 25 pounds and working in a variety of weather conditions.
