Position Overview

Conifer Park Inc. is actively looking for a dedicated Full-time Practical Nursing Specialist to enhance our nursing team. This role is essential in collaborating with Registered Nurses to execute a thorough health care plan, gather critical data for patient assessments, and guarantee the safe administration of medications while working alongside Medical and Clinical personnel.

Incentives Available for Weekend and Night Shifts

Attractive SIGN-ON BONUS: $6,000 (Prorated based on hours worked): $1,500 upon successful completion of orientation, $1,500 after six months of continuous service, and $3,000 after one year of uninterrupted employment.

Qualifications:
  • Completion of a Vocational/Technical Nursing Program
  • Valid New York State LPN license with a minimum of one year of preferred experience
  • Current CPR certification
