We are looking for enthusiastic and approachable individuals to join our team as Sales Engagement Specialists. If you have a passion for sales, possess outstanding communication abilities, and thrive in interpersonal interactions, this opportunity may be a perfect fit for you.

Compensation:

Starting at $20 per hour, complemented by a commission structure that rewards you when customers download and utilize our app. On average, representatives earn around $40 per hour, with top achievers exceeding $60 per hour, including commissions.

Scheduling:

Enjoy a flexible, self-directed schedule. Representatives have the autonomy to set their own hours to meet daily and weekly objectives, although certain opportunities may require availability during specific time slots.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the representative of Pepper, fostering strong relationships with customers and retail partners.
  • Engage potential customers through face-to-face interactions at partner locations.
  • Gain expertise in our payment application to assist customers with sign-ups and usage.
  • Drive sales and attract new customers while keeping daily and monthly targets in focus.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to devise and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve technical issues as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in sales, promotional marketing, brand representation, or direct customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on face-to-face engagement.
  • Comfortable approaching customers with determination and resilience.
  • Proficient in using Apple and Android applications across various devices.
  • Highly motivated by sales, with a positive and passionate attitude.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Willing to commit to an average of 15 or more hours per week in this role.
