Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, plus commission and bonus opportunities. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, retirement account, and signing bonus in the range of $500 - $750.
Job Description
As an Assistant Office Manager, you will be responsible for equipping our agency to continually achieve its goals. Your key responsibilities will include establishing customer relationships, providing prompt and accurate customer service, and using a customer-focused review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively in written, verbal, and listening formats
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with ability to maintain a well-organized office environment
- Bi-lingual in Spanish, with ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer base
- Currently licensed or able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses within 45 days
- Experience in customer service required, with experience in managing customer service preferred
- Proactive problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
