Position Summary
The Floor Care Specialist serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all flooring and related products, both internally and externally. Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and surpass revenue targets for the designated territory.
- Conduct direct sales activities targeting priority segments and develop effective sales penetration strategies.
- Foster successful cross-selling initiatives through collaboration with existing sales teams.
- Engage in ride-alongs with sales professionals to enhance business and product knowledge related to customer needs.
- Attend industry trade associations and networking events to elevate external brand visibility.
- Ensure that customers receive exceptional service levels.
- Provide training and conduct demonstrations on flooring equipment for both employees and clients.

Additional Duties
- Perform job assessments to guarantee optimal solutions and accurate quotes for customers.
- Execute job setups and ensure precise invoicing.
- Offer constructive feedback and recommendations for improvements to management.

Qualifications
- Proven sales experience and operational management background in the equipment rental or related sectors.
- Strong customer service skills are essential.
- Proficient in computer systems for data entry, with basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities, alongside effective communication skills.
- Dependable and detail-oriented, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Educational Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
