Bowser Automotive, Inc. is seeking a skilled Collision Repair Estimator to schedule repair work for our body shop and sell additional needed services and repairs to customers.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Collision Repair Estimator. As a key member of our body shop team, you will be responsible for estimating repair costs, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Determine the general nature of repairs needed and write a clear description of customer needs on the repair order.
  • Walk around the vehicle with the customer, noting any additional damage and pointing out other repairs or maintenance that may be necessary.
  • Provide the customer with an estimated repair cost and anticipated time of completion.
  • Maintain contact with technicians throughout the workday to ensure efficient repair processes.
  • Administer warranties and test-drive vehicles as time permits.
  • Notify the customer when repairs are completed and deliver the vehicle at pick-up.
Requirements:
  • PA Appraiser License
  • High school diploma or equivalent; ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Experience in an automobile dealership body shop or independent body shop facility.
  • Professional appearance and excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
