Job Summary:

We are looking for an individual who can effectively schedule repair work for the Body Shop, sell additional needed services and repairs to customers, and maintain dealership standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

About This Role:

  • This position requires excellent communication skills to interact with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders.
  • You will be responsible for greeting customers, obtaining their data, scheduling appointments, and determining the general nature of repairs needed.
  • Maintaining optimum Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) is crucial for this role.
  • Additional responsibilities include arranging rental vehicles, verifying payment methods, and administering warranties.

Qualifications:

  • Pennsylvania Appraiser License
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Experience in an automobile dealership body shop or independent body shop facility.
  • Professional appearance and excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
