Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Technician to join our team at Nandail Property Management. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in multi-family residential properties.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with various piping materials, including copper, PVC, CPVC, PEX, steel, and cast iron. You will also have the chance to interpret blueprints and job specifications related to plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

A strong understanding of troubleshooting techniques, material requirements, and project management skills are essential for this role. Additionally, you will be required to maintain accurate records of work completed and projects assigned.

The ideal candidate will have experience in multi-family maintenance or a related field, relevant certifications, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Strong flexibility, reliability, and teamwork abilities are also highly valued.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
