Drive Customer Success

As a key member of our Business Development team, you'll be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them succeed. With your expertise in ad tech, mobile advertising, and media, you'll bring a consultative approach to our customers, helping them to improve their business and increase lifetime value for Adjust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive retention and growth among our most valuable customers by understanding their business needs and providing strategic guidance
  • Enable successful roll-out of Adjust to customer employees and ensure seamless adoption
  • Maintain a cadence of communicating with customers about their adoption trends, sentiment, and opportunities for deeper engagement
  • Identify opportunities for customers to act as Adjust advocates and ambassadors
  • Work with customers on contract renewals and expansion opportunities, ensuring a smooth and successful experience
  • Represent the voice of the customer to inform our product roadmap and drive innovation
