In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals. You will also have the chance to develop business relationships with prospective strategic customers, penetration of those accounts and retention of existing customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop business relationships with prospective strategic customers
  • Penetrate new accounts and retain existing customers
  • Budget planning and forecasting
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred (not required)
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or account management in the science and clinical staffing industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
