Job Summary: We seek an experienced Primary Care Physician to join our team as a Chief Medical Officer. This role will be responsible for managing a patient panel, conducting in-office and virtual visits, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Management: Manage a patient panel with diverse needs, providing comprehensive care and addressing complex health issues.
  • Clinical Excellence: Deliver exceptional clinical care through in-office and virtual visits, utilizing evidence-based practices and staying up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions, effective communication, and continuous learning.
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and support NP or PA colleagues, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Clinical Expertise: Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency program.
  • Licensure and Certification: State licensed in California, obtained before your One Medical start date, and Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Resident or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam.

Compensation and Benefits: The base salary range for this role is $288,000 to $297,000 per year, with additional pay possible for exceeding specified qualifications and requirements.
