Job Title: Project Development Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects from development to completion. This includes developing project plans, managing budgets, and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans to meet client objectives
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure project success
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to deliver high-quality results
  • Foster effective communication among project stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to minimize their impact on project outcomes

About You:
* 2-5 years of project management experience in the construction industry
* Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate teams
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
