Key Responsibilities
  • Perform and support monthly management reporting requirements, including Sales and P&L performance reporting, franchise governance, and compliance monitoring/tracking.
  • Analyze business drivers impacting organizational performance through the interpretation of financial results and macro-economic trends.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and business updates that provide insight into the financial performance of the business.
  • Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Development functions to define financial goals prior to launching key initiatives.
  • Design and develop tools to monitor performance against predefined goals.
  • Lead end-to-end short and long-term planning sub-processes for the business.
  • Perform one-time or recurring financial evaluations impacting franchise operations and financials.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Finance, or Analytics.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or Commercial Finance in a multi-national company.
  • Highly proficient with Excel and PowerPoint; Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI and SQL is preferred.
  • Franchising, Food service and/or retail industry knowledge and experience is a plus.
  • Independent, self-motivated and experienced in transition situations where there is rapid change.
