Position Overview

As a Retail Sales Specialist, you will deliver an exceptional shopping experience by providing outstanding customer service. You will employ effective sales strategies and possess comprehensive product knowledge in a dynamic retail environment.

Your Role Includes:

We Are Looking For Candidates Who:

  • Have 1-2 years of experience in customer service and retail sales (specialty retail preferred but not mandatory).
  • Can prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Are capable of being mobile on the sales floor for extended periods and can lift and move items weighing up to 75 pounds safely.
  • Are available to work a minimum of two shifts on weekends and two during the week.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain active on the sales floor for extended periods.
  • Capability to operate the POS system effectively.
  • Ability to lift and move medium to large items, up to 75 pounds, using appropriate safety measures.

Benefits Offered:

This position provides a competitive compensation package, including pay and benefits. Pay is determined by various factors such as education, experience, and location. The anticipated pay range for this role is between $17.50 and $18.50 per hour.
