Your Role Includes:
- Delivering genuine, friendly, and enthusiastic customer service by adhering to top-tier service standards.
- Meeting set sales targets and participating in promotional contests.
- Assisting customers with specialized services such as gift wrapping, gift registries, locating products, catalog orders, and more.
- Utilizing proven sales techniques to enhance sales volume and improve efficiency.
- Exhibiting thorough product knowledge, including key features and advantages.
- Accurately processing transactions at the register, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Contributing to the visual merchandising efforts, including signage and lighting.
- Maintaining store cleanliness and organization, including the stockroom.
- Restocking merchandise and processing inventory as necessary.
- Performing additional tasks as directed by management.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

We Are Looking For Candidates Who:

- Have 1-2 years of experience in customer service and retail sales (specialty retail preferred but not mandatory).
- Can prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Are capable of being mobile on the sales floor for extended periods and can lift and move items weighing up to 75 pounds safely.
- Are available to work a minimum of two shifts on weekends and two during the week.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to remain active on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Capability to operate the POS system effectively.
- Ability to lift and move medium to large items, up to 75 pounds, using appropriate safety measures.
Benefits Offered:
This position provides a competitive compensation package, including pay and benefits. Pay is determined by various factors such as education, experience, and location. The anticipated pay range for this role is between $17.50 and $18.50 per hour.
