Sares Regis Group is in search of a skilled Facilities Maintenance Supervisor for our exquisite 288-unit community, Woodlake Apartments. This presents an exceptional opportunity in a picturesque setting for individuals eager to advance their careers in the property management sector.


The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor is accountable for overseeing and coordinating the activities of staff and external contractors involved in the upkeep and repair of building structures and grounds maintenance.


Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Directing staff and external contractors in apartment renovations, service requests, structural repairs, and grounds upkeep.
  • Soliciting bids for work from external contractors, analyzing, and presenting them to superiors for decision-making.
  • Ordering and receiving supplies, appliances, and equipment from vendors.
  • Coordinating work executed by external vendors and inspecting completed tasks for adherence to specifications and standards.
  • Evaluating facilities and equipment to ascertain the need and extent of service, equipment required, and type. Analyzing production schedules and estimating worker hour requirements for job completion.
  • Establishing or modifying work procedures to align with production schedules.
  • Proposing adjustments in working conditions and equipment usage to enhance work crew efficiency.
  • Assisting the Property Manager in planning and managing the maintenance budget.
  • Participating in after-hours and emergency coverage as assigned by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in property management as a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Experience with Yardi is preferred.
  • Proficiency in all trades is required.
  • Excellent written, communication, and computer skills are essential.
  • Previous supervisory experience is mandatory.
  • A valid driver's license and auto insurance are required.
  • Availability to work weekends and overtime as necessary.
Salary range is $32.00-$34.00/hour.

We provide a competitive compensation package that includes a 401(K) match, rental incentives, renewal compensation, bonuses, and rental discounts based on location.

Regular full-time employees working between 30-40 hours a week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and other voluntary benefits, along with vacation accrual.

Sick time accrual is provided in accordance with the law.

*This bonus will be distributed in two separate lump sum checks. 50% will be paid on the 45th day and 50% on the 90th day after commencing employment with Sares Regis Operating Company L.P. In order to qualify for the signing and retention bonus, you must remain employed by Sares Regis Group for a period of 12 months following your start date.
