About the Role:

Foundation Health Services is on the lookout for a skilled Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to become a vital part of our esteemed Allergy and Asthma team. This role will involve working closely with patients who are affected by the challenging weather conditions, asthma, birch pollen, and various environmental and food allergies.

The clinic, led by the respected Dr. Anthony Bonitatibus, is a cornerstone of allergy and asthma treatment in the community. We are seeking a dedicated provider to assist in managing and supporting our patients' allergy and asthma care plans.

  • Compensation: Starting at a base salary of $147,112, with potential adjustments based on experience. There is also an opportunity to increase earnings through productivity, along with a $40,000 sign-on bonus.
  • Schedule: Enjoy a balanced work-life with a 4-day work week.
  • Team Environment: Collaborate with 1 physician and a strong clinic support team.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Master's degree in nursing or equivalent clinical experience.
  • Current RN license and certification to practice as a nurse practitioner.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) or PhD.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
