Role Highlights:

As a vital member of our innovative team at the Porter Heart clinic, you will engage in a collaborative environment with passionate professionals. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including outpatient care and inpatient/emergency department support during assigned weeks. Utilizing advanced technology and expertise, you will play a crucial role in the diagnosis, management, and prevention of numerous cardiovascular conditions. Experience a supportive atmosphere while making a significant impact on the heart health of our community.

  • Compensation: Starting at a base salary of $147,112, with potential adjustments based on experience. Additional earnings can be achieved through productivity incentives, alongside a $40,000 sign-on bonus.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday outpatient clinic, with options for 4 or 5 days a week. Enjoy a work-life balance with no on-call duties, nights, or weekends. Benefit from 7 weeks of annual time off and 2 weeks for continuing medical education.
  • Patient Care: Focus on outpatient management of heart-related conditions, providing both short and long-term care.
  • Team Environment: Collaborate with a robust cardiovascular team, including interventional cardiologists, a vascular surgeon, and fellow advanced practice providers, all within a well-supported administrative framework.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Possession of a master's degree in nursing with relevant clinical knowledge and experience.

Current Nurse Practitioner certification and RN license in the state of practice.

Exemplary professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in computer applications and database management.

Preferred Qualifications:

Doctorate in Nursing Practice or PhD, along with current BLS certification and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
