As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will be responsible for strategically planning, organizing, and directing the full range of clinical, administrative, and distributive pharmaceutical services across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership for all pharmacy programs, including patient care services, research, academic training, and business affairs.
- Establish productive relationships with senior leadership, medical staff, and department heads to optimize medication management and formulary management across the enterprise.
- Ensure that pharmaceutical care at the organization is safe and consistent with existing regulations and standards.
- License to practice as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of New York or eligible through reciprocity.
- 6 years of leadership experience as a Director of Pharmacy, Associate Director of Pharmacy, or Assistant Director of Pharmacy in a large community or university teaching hospital or healthcare system.
